I owned one for two years, and I think that’s a lil steep, but still not a crazy crack pipe. More like a salvia pipe or something, but not crack.
I’d pay that for a clean 242 in a heartbeat tho.

CP. I wouldn’t pay more than $2,000 for an old Volvo.
It also looks like it has alloys on the left side and hubcaps on the right side.

Those are the “turbo” style hubcaps for the 240.

CP, I barely made a profit for the rusty volvo 240 I sold with a friend. It had the m47 manual. at that price you can get a really good c4 corvette.

If it was $3k-$5k, I would say do-able; over $5k and it’s a CP.
I was going to go on a longer rant about how much of a pain cars from the 70s and 80s are to work on, but I won’t.

CP for a regular 240, still more than I would pay if it was a turbo and/or a 242 in similar condition, but probably wouldn’t be CP.
